A culturally diverse and inclusive management team oversees some of the best testers and reviewers in the game and with Mrs Joan Dudley at our helm (a woman no less!) BOB stands by our original mission statement to always provide a fair and balanced view of all products tested, irrespective of the huge sums of money occasionally offered to us by unscrupulous (but generous and talented party hosts) marketing managers, in order that your project is completed to the very highest standards possible.

In a world of hard hats and foul language it's not often you will see a pretty lady atop one of the worlds most influential construction companies but Mrs Joan Dudley's rise through the ranks has been nothing short of meteoric, stunning onlookers since she first took to the shovel at age 19. Now in her 50's, Joan enjoys the cut and thrust of a good fencing bout just as much as the on site bants with lazy chippies.

Old Pete Jiddy as he's known around the office is a surefire straight arrow if ever we've seen one. An early convert to the power of the internet PJ founded several highly profitable websites - before dial-up was even a thing- before coming onboard at BOB to manage our vast web development team. Often seen with a clipboard in his hand PJ never misses a deadline and is, without doubt, the go to guy in the office if your pen ever runs dry.

Michel has been a fan of colouring in since he first picked up a felt tip at age 4. A prodigious run through state education -culminating in a stunning B+ in GCSE art - set the tone for his working life and in 1974 Michel joined BOB to head up our interior design department. A fine painter in his own right he spends his weekends "redo-ing" his utility room whilst listening to Ariana Grande on repeat.
